2026 Convention Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION:  $129.
Please fill out the form in its entirety. After you hit submit, another window will load with a link for you to redirect to pay. Please click on the link and pay immediately after submitting your form.

PAPER REGISTRATION:  $125.
​Fill out and print the registration form below.
Then send it with payment to the address on the form. 
​Make checks payable to LWML Utah-Idaho District Convention.
Registration closes on April 18, 2026. Mailed registrations need to be postmarked April 18. 
Registration Packet Pickup: May 1, 2026 4:00-6:00 pm

Please do not arrive early as school is in session.
The convention will open Friday evening with Worship Service with Holy Communion
