A Pastor for Crown of Life, Amount $2,000
Crown of Life Lutheran Church, Rigby, Idaho
The goal of this grant is to help Crown of Life (who does not have a full-time pastor) educate one of their elders, Kory Walstad, to become a Specific Ministry Pastor. This involves online classes through Concordia Seminary, a trip to the seminary in St. Louis and day-to-day guidance from his circuit visitor, Pastor Pay.
Ministry Impact Partners for Perkins, Amount $5,000
Camp Perkins Lutheran Outdoor Ministries, Ketchum, Idaho
The goal of this grant is to offer an opportunity for college-aged adults to develop leadership skills while gaining real world practical experiences in a hands-on environment. This will prepare and equip them to serve wherever God leads them. The funds will be seed money towards funding this ministry project.
Groceries for Seminary Students, Amount $5,000
Food & Clothing Co-op Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana
The goal of this grant is to help reduce the financial burden on seminarians and their families. The funds will help purchase items such as eggs, cheese, milk and beef, along with paper products each month, which are then given directly to the students and their families.
Worship Anew, Amount $5,000
Open Arms Ministry, Peace Lutheran Church, Filer, Idaho
The goal of this grant would be to continue sharing Christ’s love with those who are home- bound, hospitalized, or rely on watching the messages on their television. The funds would be used to pay for Worship Anew on television broadcasts for the surrounding communities twice every Sunday morning.

The goal of this grant is to train all ages of students to be disciples of Christ through instruction of the law and Gospel. The funds will be used to purchase three sets of Arch Books (125 books per set), Bible story back-drops and scenes, and supplemental material for the “One In Christ” preschool curriculum from Concordia Publishing House.

The goal of this grant is to help pastors, ministry workers, and spouses who need extra financial assistance in order to attend a Shepherd’s Canyon Retreat, which is a week-long counseling retreat for men and women in full-time ministry who are in various stages of burnout, stress, depression, compassion fatigue, and conflicts of all kinds.

The goal of this grant is to afford the opportunity for the women of the Utah/Idaho District to serve and grow with their Lord by serving on a Mission Trip. The funds would be used for travel, food, and supplies for VBS, Bible studies, and Christian outreach or community needs. The plan is to stay within the Rocky Mountain region and go during the 2024-2026 biennium.

The goal of this grant is to provide food, fuel, and supplies for those serving others in need from natural disasters such as storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, or flooding. We offer spiritual care to our disaster deployments. With our spiritual care tent, those who receive our meals are also able to have someone pray with them, receive guidance from our LCMS LERT teams, and provide them with a Bible and LCMS approved devotionals.
